All Tech 1 ships and equipment are comprised of these seven minerals. Their market prices are generally determined by their scarcity and the quantities needed to construct popular ships and equipment, but in general, Tritanium is the cheapest and most abundant, and Megacyte the most expensive and rare.
Morphite: Tech 2 ships and equipment also require Morphite, an extremely rare and valueable eighth mineral type, along with a number of special Components.
